Billing frequently asked questions

HVW invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Your invoice will clearly state the due date. If you have questions about a specific invoice, please contact our billing team.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as ACH bank transfers through our secure Stripe-powered payment portal. For large or recurring payments, ACH is often preferred as it typically incurs lower processing fees.

Log in to the Customer Portal using the link above. There you can view all past invoices, download PDFs, and review your full payment history. If you need access to records not visible in the portal, please reach out to our billing team directly.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. HVW never stores your full card or bank account details on our own servers. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL.

Yes! Managed Services clients can set up automatic monthly billing through the Customer Portal. Simply log in, save a payment method, and enable auto-pay. You'll always receive an email receipt after each transaction.
