Paul Arbab is the Chief Executive Officer of HVW and has over 20 years of considerable experience in investment banking, technology, and real estate.
Paul began his professional career on Wall Street as an Investment Banker, raising more than $1 billion of capital for publicly traded corporations. He also has an extensive background in real estate brokerage and mortgage finance, acquisition, development, and asset management.
A technology expert, Paul has been instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining institutional networks and datacenters for government agencies and national institutions. As technology continues to change and innovate the way the world does business, Paul truly understands that FinTech will ultimately improve the agility of businesses and drive sustainable growth.
Most recently, as Senior Director of Finance & Technology at Innisfree Hotels, Paul created an in-house technology department supporting more than 20 hotels and 2,000 employees. He successfully structured more than $500 million in hospitality transactions and served as Executive Sponsor on the Workday Financials and Human Capital Management implementation, bringing FinTech to the forefront of the organization.
